Upstairs, there is a lounge bar, Negroni Terraza, offering delicious cocktails and fun atmosphere during the weekends – it’s the perfect place to kickstart the evening. Also on site, you can find a nail salon and spa, a dentist, and a wine shop.
If you need groceries, Covent Garden Supermarket is located across the road. Dockyard Pharmacy Plus is next door and an ECAB ATM is a short walk away in Nelson’s Dockyard. One of Antigua’s best beaches, Pigeon Point, is just over the hill.
For the active and health-conscious, there’s Energie Antigua, located a short walk away, above Falmouth Harbour.
If you wish to venture further into English Harbor, we highly recommend having a tour of Nelson’s Dockyard, the UNESCO world heritage site. English and Falmouth Harbours offer some of the best restaurants in Antigua – last time we counted over 40 bars and restaurants with a variety of cuisines, you simply won’t get bored! By water taxi, you can enjoy Galleon Beach across the bay and snorkel with sea turtles and hike to some of the best views in Antigua, like Shirley Heights and Pillars of Hercules.

Rules & General Info
Reception is located on the ground floor, behind the main stairwell, and is open daily 9 – 12 noon, except Sundays.
We offer daily housekeeping. Only towels left on the bathroom floor will be replaced. We encourage you to use our door tags, in case you prefer privacy during your stay.
We offer rollaway beds at an additional charge of $30 USD per night, plus applicable tax and service.
Check-out is 12 noon. When available, we offer late check-out until 5pm, at a cost of $25 USD, plus applicable tax and service.
Self check-in and check-out is possible via a lock box system. Simply leave the keys in your room for a late check-out.
Our Cancellation Policy: a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the date of arrival, the deposit is forfeited.
Our rooms are strictly non-smoking. We ask you to only smoke in the designated smoking areas on property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional room cleaning fee of $200 USD.
Pets are not allowed on property.
We are doing what we can to reduce our impact on the environment and kindly ask for your help. We have utilized dispensers, instead of single use toiletries in miniature bottles, to reduce our plastic waste. Water is precious on our tiny island, so if you wish to have your towel changed and washed, kindly leave it on the floor. If you wish to reuse the towel, please leave it hanging. Please turn off the AC while not in the rooms and if you are using the AC, please make sure windows and doors are tightly shut. If you self-checkout, please turn off all lights and AC before leaving the room.
