The Moxy is run by husband and wife Alessandro and Vanessa Soria and their team. Over the last year they ran a restaurant and delicatessen in the city of St. John's.

The rooms have been newly renovated and include minibar fridges, Wifi and security safes. New studio rooms were constructed on the second floor over the summer and open very soon with stunning views across the harbour.

New for this season is the sunset terrace and for guests a private courtyard to the rear of the property.
